4. Consult on legal issues related to dispute settlement, implementing procedures to initiate commercial dispute cases.
5. Draft and carry out procedures for adjusting and amending the charter, prepare documents for meetings of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Members Council.
6. Carry out procedures for dueling diligence the legality of the enterprise, from which to carry out procedures for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
