-Create monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
-Review and analyze actual revenue, profit, cost, compare with the past periods and the budget, investigate reasons, take appropriate actions on significant deviations.
-Evaluate the operating performance of each division and of the company, assess business efficiency, propose improvement plans to assist management in understanding the company‘s operating conditions and making timely strategies to facilitate the achievement of the company's goals.
-Assist the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
-Analyze the advantages, disadvantages and difficulties of the projects related to strategic alliances, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions, prepare investment project analysis, and provide recommendations to make the project implementation achieve the expected/forecast results.
-Understand the current status of each product and regional customer, in order to assist the business development of each division.
-Evaluate the setting up/development of an overseas office: collect and analyze information related to the country where the group wishes to set up an office: economic and financial situation, accounting, taxes, laws, labor and administrative regulations, provide assessment and recommendations. After the overseas bases are established, update and capture important information related to its operation, analyze the business situation and performance.
-Analyze external business environment: collect information about macroeconomics, industries, competitors, suppliers and customers, provide analysis to assist management in understanding the external operating environment and making midterm and long term business strategies.
-Responsible for various assignments from the General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategic Officer.
