* HR:
Manage and operate HR department including 5 staffs.
Prepare labor contract, decisions, and other related documents for employees.
Employees timekeeping, calculating salary and wages.
Develop company’s structure graph in accordance with personnel changes.
Build up enterprise’s internal regulation, administrative management process and employees’ benefits, performance reviews.
Manage employees’ dossiers, update and maintain database.
Implement procedures for new and/or resigned employees.
Be in charge of labor benefits as company policies (social insurance, personal income tax, birthday, marriage, funeral,....).
Supervise and mediate between staffs if any contradiction happens.
Review staffs quarterly, make reports about current productivity of staff, suggest ideas to amend personnel structure.
Be in charge of recruitment as required by Director and clients.
Hold Orientation training for new employees.

* Personal Assistant:
Support Director in translating and interpreting (verbal and written), drafting bilingual commercial/ service contracts, agreement, commercial contracts, labour contract; meet clients as required.
Support Director in meeting clients in person and negotiate in case of achieving final agreement.
Prepare meeting room, record meeting minutes, make report on assigned task list after internal meeting.
Daily report to Director.
Other tasks required by Director (arrange plan for business trip, ticket booking, accommodation reserving, detailed tour)
* GA:
Build up internal purchasing process, issue and ensure the process is brought up properly.
Directly be in charge of purchasing procedure within company (search for suppliers, choose the most suitable one and negotiate the price). After being approved on purchasing plan, be in charge of next steps regarding dealing contract, delivery plan...
Be in charge of Admin process such as: legal documents, Visa, work permit, business license, tax...
Keep track of monthly stationery demand, purchase as planned.
Keep track of, label, maintain and inventory company's fixed assets and office equipments annually, purchase if needed.
Keep track of and manage kinds of documents relating to commercial contract, labour contract, company’s regulation, announcement, decision…
Prepare lunch, tea/coffee break and hold happy hour every two-week.
Support and make up plan for staffs' birthday, team - building, company's events, summer trips.

Tôi mong muốn phát triển bản thân trong ngành nghề hành chính nhân sự bơi lẽ tôi thực sự yêu thích công việc có cốt lõi liên quan đến "con người". Tôi cho rằng tôi không chọn nghề mà tình cờ, nghề đã chọn tôi. Trong quá trình học tập và làm việc, tôi đã từng thử sức mình ở những ngành nghề khác nhưng cuối cùng tôi nhận ra bản thân có niềm đam mê và những tố chất phù hợp với nghề nhân sự.
