Play a role as an adviser across the business of the North Market of Vietnam to ensure business activities are in full compliance with laws and regulations of Vietnam and HEINEKEN Group: Commercial matters, Corporate, Licensing, Litigation, Legal compliance, Legal update, etc

Main responsibilities

• Review contract and other documents before issuing
• Manage and develop template of contracts on CMS system (Contract management system)
• Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
• Preparing reports, letters and agreements, minutes, resolution
• Set up Compliance checklist of SHE (Safety – Health – Environment) and Food Safety and audit in the brewery as well as office area to ensure all operations are under regulations of law
• Follow FDI reports as required by current regulation of law
• Update newsletter monthly and support Legal Manager in training on new regulations
• Manage licenses of company: Soft copy (in the system), hard copy to ensure renewals of all the licenses
• Follow up bad debt between Supplier and Company and co-operate with partner/law firm to solve
• Team work with relevant Departments for launching new product in the market
• Maintaining compliant and effective relationships with key authority at all relevant levels in order to receive favorable but compliant treatment
