- Litigation management: Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.

• Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential legal issues and providing guidance on how to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Other tasks as requested by the team leader.
