- Analyzing financial position and business situation of MobiFone (quarterly) and its subsidiaries (2015, 2016) to evaluate the implementation of the assigned plan and budget as well as business efficiency.
- Valuating investment projects such as: (2017) Strengthening the quality of radio coverage in the Southeast region: 873 billion VND, (2016) Expanding optical transmission networks for Southern provinces: 48 billion VND.
- Performing verification of project finalization such as: (2017) Upgrading the Firewall system in 2015: 35 billion VND, (2016) Equipping IPS system for 3G networks: 41 billion VND.
- Working with Banks in credit agreements, guarantee, LC, interest rate, and loans. Some of big loan contracts disbursed in 2017: Shinhan (660 billion VND), ANZ (430 &133 billion VND), Mizuho (30 million USD).
- Participating in researches of the Corporation:
+) 2017: Improving the efficiency of using the Corporation's Science and Technology Fund.
Result: Created and launched 3 regulations of the Fund: Regulations of science and technology Fund, Guideline on the spending quota of the Fund, and Regulations on spending and using of the Fund.
+) 2016: Solutions to improve the efficiency of the management of MobiFone's capital invested in other businesses.
Result: Created and launched the regulation on managing investment capital in other enterprises.
- Participating in guiding team on new accounting and financial regulations for MobiFone affiliated units.
- Drafting and examining some of Corporation and its subsidiaries regulations such as: Debt and Money management regulations, Financial regulation.
