Main responsibilities:
1. Trade Mission & Exhibition Promotion:
- Organize Korea-Vietnam Business Matching Program, Trade Fair, Exhibition in Vietnam and Korea;
- Make day-to-day contacts with all targeted governmental departments, potential customers, local media & businesses.
- Find Vietnamese partners matching with the demand of Korean clients.
- Build Vietnam customers' database and Provide support when needed.
- Maintain client relationship such as: sending marketing emails to introduce upcoming events, survey, post-event’s thank you letter, greeting letter on holidays...
2. Marketing Analyst:
- Make plan & do market research, market survey & manage consulting projects.
- Do online/offline interviews for market research/market survey

- Suggest and brainstorm the brand identity including logo & slogan
- Promote product on Facebook fanpage
- Create content for catalogues and leaflets
- Design marketing materials: leaflets
- Administrate fanpage
- Translate documents
- Manage business operations/transactions with customers
- Research, consult and propose mechanical manufacturers, suppliers of plastic injection molding machines, plastic materials... to General Director
- Propose to participate in seminars, conferences, fairs, exhibitions, events ... in order to promote the brand image of the product
- Complete legal documents for the company and its products
- Arrange meeting with partners, clients.
- Support the General Director to do other tasks.
