- Job Title: Assistant to General Director
-m Key Responsibilities:
- Agenda management: Assist GM in working schedule arrangement with Departments, customers
and visitors as well as time management and daily work control;
- Is the bridge of communication with other regions of the Group on meeting agenda, supporting colleagues when business trip as well as coordinate closely support with HR department as as the organization of major events for the company, welcome customers, partners, the big boss when visiting;
- Assist GM in administration and secretarial matters;
- Assist the Board of Directors with internal and external affairs;
- Check documents of all departments before submitting the Board of Directors for approval;
- Schedule, participate in meeting with the Company’s partners, local authorities and other Departments in the Company and record the meeting;
- To be responsible for translation and interpretation from English into Vietnamese and vice versa;
- To keep up to date admin files and maintains an effective filing system;
- Organize travel, preparing travel authorization form and claims for business expenses for the Board of Directors;
- Other duties requested by the Board of Director
