- Communicate with litigants to determine exactly what they want the Court to
solve and examine all legal issues about the cases.
- Make cautious considerations based on law and apply law into practical
cases to solve the problems completely. In the one specific inheritance dispute
happening in my intern time, this complicated case experienced a hard time
conciliating and settling the problems between both parties. Eventually
coming to an official closure after our efforts for conciliation and the plaintiffs
withdrawn their petitions
