- Prepare the buget by year/ Month to report to Production Manager
- Cont rol the number of labor by day/ by week. Do the plan to recruiter workers to meet the company's plan.
- Do the daily report to send to Production Manager and BODs
- Manage the leader and worker when production Manager absent
- Arrange the number worker per line to adapt regular and capacity
- Joining the meeting with BODs and others Dept to support production manager to assign the job

- Arrange regular t rainings for salesmen;
- Motivate the team to sell products to meet the goals, lead sales team to achieve KPIs
- Direct contact and negotiate with clients, support salesmen to negotiate and close the deals;
- Research and establish st rategic partnerships with potential customer.
- Solving complaints from customer, Support QC and production to improve the quality products.
- Building relationship with customer and develop new customer.
- Collect money when customer not follow the payment term.
- Manage price and data of customer.
- Manage and handle export customers
- Co- Work with QA, production team to improve the quality of product,
- Propose the st rategy to BODs to increase turnover.
- Fulfill other duties assigned by BOD
- Arrange regular t rainings for salesmen;
