Human resources partner

Work directly with Team Managers on human resources strategies for the department that align with business/operational plans.
Timely identify and adjust issues related to personnel and organizational structure of the department.
Identify potential factors within the team, propose opportunities for learning and development to enhance talent and improve team capacity.

Human resource development

Monitor and follow up on the needs and development plans of the department to create appropriate resource development plans.
Implement effective activities to provide and retain human resources.

With 3 years of experience in recruitment/human resources management positions, including 1 year of equivalent experience.
Preference for candidates with experience collaborating with Technology Divisions/Teams
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
Possess a service mindset and regularly research and update knowledge on management, human resources, systems, and work processes.
Communication skills in English are a plus.
