EPC contractor and energy investment, revenue >1100 billion, projects in Vietnam, Cuba, Cambodia and other foreign investment.
- Providing business and advisory support, to ensure compliance with laws.
- Manage all legal matters related to contracts;
- Register new business scopes and expansion projects, setting up new projects/companies, investment certificates;
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in law;
- 2-4 years of experience (in construction or real estate will be an added advantage);
- Proficiency in Construction Law, Business and Commercial Law, Investment Law;
- Proficient in English in both written and oral;
- Excellent communication, connection, negotiation skills;
- Work at Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City;
