- Carry out Orientation programme for newcomer in Group;
- Evaluate department training programs, recommend actions to correct deficiencies, and oversee evaluations and surveys;
- Confers with HR management to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in Company policies, Company regulations and HR procedures;
- Organize and maintains training materials, which include instructional media and handouts;
- Ensure all training as identified is planned for by working with all Department Heads;
- Conduct training needs analysis and prepare training plan. Monitor and coordinate yearly training and development budget;
Contribute the delivery of effective training courses by liaising with external training providers, administrating process and providing facilitation to meet Work Process needs;
- Conducts New Hire and Soft Skills Training as well as Customer Service Orientations;
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;
- Provides testing trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training;
- Implement technology and IT tools to improve efficiency of operations such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops;
- Design and launching HR Soft Skills Training Handbook includes a comprehensive programme for the development of skills (English training, internal-external training courses, HR procedures, Labour Law and employee assessment);
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks as may be reasonably requested by HR Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma/Degree qualification in Foreign Language or Business Administration University.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Training Role. History of personal professional development in Learning & Development discipline.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with excellent English grammar.
- Knowledge of HR Rules and Regulations.
- Ability conducting Training Need Analysis.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively and manage own work schedule.
- Good facilitation, coordination skills and training skills for a specific group size of attendees.
- Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
- A constructive, positive and progressive attitude to working as part of a team.
- Good mindset of innovation & business partnering.
- Good English
