  • Maximize the promotion of the hotel locally and internationally through proactive public relations activities. Be responsible for building hotel and brand awareness and driving preference among key travel consumers. Provide crisis communications assistance to hotel.1. Evaluate new marketing opportunities for the hotel, ensuring the hotel is represented on relating quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business.
  • Identify, communicate with distribution channels that can sell the hotel promotion programmes and assist in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions.
  • Develop strategic marketing plan for property, including group, leisure and local efforts that
  • address the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy.
  • Assist hotel in developing promotions for various campaigns, keeping in mind strategy and goals of each promotion.
  • Develop all hotel imaging work (signage, brochure, hotel collateral materials, etc.), ensuring consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
  • Act as liaison between the New World/corporate and the hotel in rolling out programmes and making sure that hotel is taking advantage of all opportunities provided through New World/corporate (when applicable).
  • Ensure that hotel follows relating New World/corporate marketing guidelines which meet local regulations and hotel’s voice is consistent on all guest touch-points and marketing communications, following New World/corporate graphic standards.
  • Work with media buyer to plan and execute advertising.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, providing recommendations as needed regarding reallocation of funding, ensuring proper initials and acknowledgement of all relating invoicing through Marcom office before getting final approval of DOSM.
  • Act on behalf of hotel with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.
  • Plan and supervise all photo shoots, developing shot list while keeping goals of hotel and brand image in mind.
  • Keep detailed files and records on all matters relative to hotel's marketing materials (photo usage rights, vendor contracts, etc.).
  • Assist hotel with materials, tracking/analysis and presentations New World when applicable.
  • Provide crisis communications assistance to hotel.
  • And other tasks assigned by direct manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
  • Customer oriented and customer relationship skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills with good decision making ability
  • Good management and presentation skills
  • Projecting poise and maturity in difficult situations
  • University degree in marketing, mass communications, advertising, journalism, or any other related discipline
  • Extensive experience in public relations and digital marketing
  • Experience working in the same role in an international hotel/ company of same capacity
