  • To in charge in all matters of recruitment for the whole hotel
  • To track vacancies, candidates and assist Head of Department in the recruitment process
  • To in charge of activities related to employer branding including relationships with schools, recruitment advertising channels, job fairs.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Time management skills through tasks prioritizing to meet the deadline.
  • Computer proficiency on Words, Excel, Power Point
  • Planning, Organizing skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Capability to handle with all levels in the organization to ensure smooth running of recruitment/ activities.
  • University degree, prefer the Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management
  • Good at English both speaking and writing
  • Well organized, careful and diligent
  • Pay attention to detail, spirit of entrepreneur
  • Dynamic, mature, understanding well positions and jobs in hotel
  • At least one years at recruitment position in similar organization.
  • Understanding the hotel industry
  • Familiar with all channels and platform for recruitment strategies and tactics
