Job Summary:
The executive recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Source candidates by using a variety of search methods.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Organizing and attending job fairs or hiring-related events.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred in IT industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative relationships with candidates.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills.
