Position: Legal advisor
Salary: Negotiation
Work Location: Ha Noi
1. Legal Affairs
- Review, advice for CEO and BOD and department for legal works .
- Provide legal consultation for business activities and other relevant works
- Prepare and review all contract and agreement with customer/ suppliers.
- Have strong knowledge in real estate broker, real estate development and construction
- Review the implementation of Corporate compliance policies & procedure
- Conduct Compliance training for internal needs
- Implement activities for promoting compliance culture
- Work with Government authorities for company procedures & compliance with laws
2. Corporate Governance & Risk Management
- Support in building a strong corporate governance system
- Assess Compliance & operational risks for countermeasures
3. Other supporting tasks relating to Legal and compliance as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Educational Background: BA Degree in Law
• Language skills: Good English in Business Level
• Experience:
- Having at least 5 years of experience in doing Legal affairs in brokerage/ real estate / construction companies.
• Good communication and planning skills.
• Good computer skills, PowerPoint.
