Mô tả công việc
- Research: Conduct research on legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Compliance Support:Assist in ensuring that the company’s operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations and Company’s internal rules.
- Document Drafting: Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda, and legal correspondence.
- Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings for the legal team.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Plus
- Previous experience in a legal position or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
