Mô tả công việc

- Draft, review contracts, agreements (including contract templates) and other legally relevant documents as well as legal correspondence.

- Provide legal advice to company’s functional functions and follow up and communicate with relevants team and departments in relation to legal services and assistance.

- Provide legal updates to business to ensure the company’s business activities are conducted in conformity with laws and regulations.

- Manage and implement of company’s guidelines and policies to business when needed.

- Maintain the good relationship with head quarter’s Legal department, authorities, and external counsels.

- Manage petty operational expenses (such as: office supplies, posting and delivery expenses, phone bills, and drinking water, etc) economically.

- File and record Admin contracts and other important documents confidentially and properly.

- Accountable to contact and coordinate with vendors to deal with related issues.

- Give instructions for employees to be able to operate and use office equipment.

- Coordinate with Management Department to execute internal activities, such as: onboarding welcome and announcement, outing trip, year-end dinner, happy hour, birthday party, etc

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree of Law, specializing in Commercial Laws or similar field

- At least 1 year experience in commercial law and e-commerce

- Strong knowledge in commercial law and e-commerce

- Good knowledge in e-wallet is a plus

- Good command in English & Vietnamese

- Good computer skill (office software)

- Familiar with contract drafting and finalizing.

- Knowledge of/ the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy machine.

- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

- Highly motivate, good interpersonal and communicative skills

- Good at organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Creativity and proactive is an advantage.

- Be able to work independently and under high pressure

- Willing to learn and growth.

- Team spirit.
