  • Responsible for health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance matters for the HCM & Ha Noi office.
  • Responsible for timesheet & payroll calculation: Implement and manage timesheets, payroll, and annual leave of local employees. (Drafting all personnel decisions related to employees including promotion decisions, salary review, transfer decisions, discipline decisions, and resignation decisions).
  • Ensure compliance in preparing both new and renewal labor contracts, and HR filing (employee profile, employee movement) to maintain data accuracy. Update, follow up, and manage employee social book (hard & soft copy).
  • Responsible for PIT code registration for employees and dependents, completing monthly/annual personal income tax declarations for employees and expatriates, and reporting to the Tax Department./
  • Performance Management (KPi): Support the performance management process, guiding managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews. Identify areas of improvement and provide coaching to enhance employee performance and development. Work with managers on performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Prepare necessary reports monthly. Making a report to the accounting department if there is any change in salary and number of employees.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in C&B function or similar role.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
  • Expert in Excel skills & Labor law.
  • Good understanding of governmental regulations.
  • PC skills The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information. Used to work with HR software such as Amis Misa.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
