JP Law Group was founded by Attorneys from various fields of law to create a Global Law Firm specializing in the Asian market. JP Law has continued to expand to meet the increasing demands in legal services from both the domestic and international market through investment and expansive recruitment of talented individuals.

The main practice areas of JP Law includes general litigation, corporate matters, project financing, real estate development, M&A, venture capital, funds, intellectual property, and political consulting. However, this is by no means a limitation on the services offered. JP Law strives to provide a full range of services for our clients to meet all their needs.

JP Vietnam opened its Hochiminh Office in April 2007 with 100% capital contribution from JP Law Group. Since its incorporation, JP Vietnam also opened a branch in Hanoi and established several business partners in Vietnam. The establishment of the Hanoi office has allowed JP Vietnam to provide legal services throughout Vietnam, and to be closer to the Central Government for faster and better results. As such, JP Vietnam has developed into the largest Korean-based law firm in Vietnam, composed of Korean, Vietnamese, and Australian legal experts.
