Admin & HR Officer (Salary Up to 600 USD)

Role
The role is responsible for supporting accounting and admin tasks. You will be working in the Finance & Admin team.
Missions
• Admin:
- File and track documents: contracts, invoices, receipts, company’s legal documents, etc.
- Procurement: office supplies/small equipment and tracking
- Keep track of admin expenses
- Coordinate with warehouse regarding storage issues
- Liaise with insurance companies for both office and projects upon request
- Office daily operations: mail management, meeting room booking, office phone handling, etc.
• HR:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and resignation process
- Prepare expense claims reports and check related documents
- Check and review payrolls and PIT reports
- Monitor employee records and annual leave
- Organize team-building activities, annual health screening and other office activities
• Legal issues:
- Review admin aspects of contracts
- Liaise with external legal and accounting firms on HR matters
- Other ad-hoc tasks upon request
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admin & HR positions
- Basic knowledge of local regulations and office operations
- Proficient in using Microsoft basic package
- Business mindset, open-minded, autonomy, teamwork spirit, can-do attitude, solution oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, fluent in English (all skills)
- Attention to detail, careful, confidential, trustworthy
- Go-getter and being proactive in start-up environment
- A Vietnamese Citizen
