• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions. Creating and re-design job description.
• Manage the recruitment and selection processes.
• Support current and future business demand through the development, engagement, motivation and presentation of human capital.
• Talent team development on the strategic projects
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) system.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity.
• Update and analysis to solve real-world issues.
• Creating comprehensive benefits packages and measure their success.
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, revising the company’s handbook and procedures.
• Developing, revising, recommending personal policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Years of experience: Over 8 years
• Knowledge of HR system and databases
• Knowledge of SHRM(Strategic Human Resource Management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
• Competence to build and effectively manage the interpersonal relationship.
• In-depth knowledge of Viet Nam labour and HR best practices
• Outstanding speaking and writing skill
• The ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, negotiation, teamwork, discipline, integrity, patient, positive attitude, love people, respect, action and very good communication.
• Talent management experiences.
• Experience in Architecture/ Consulting or Engineering industry is strongly prefered.
• Must have strong recent experience in the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits philosophy method and programmes.
• Demonstrated skill in the development and implementation of effective training programs, including the ability to lead and train group.
• Serve as a strategic partner in driving HR and talent solutions across the organization.
• Coach and manage on talent strategy
• Competence to apply NLP
• In-depth knowledge of NLP is prefered
• To guide and improve talent strategy, performance reviews, retention wellness and other programs
• Team with legal counsel, risk management safety, accounting, finance and other stakeholders on various HR issues programme initiatives.
• At least 8 years of HR management experience.
• Bachelor of Science/Arts in HR management, Master of Science/Art in HR is strong prefered.
• Bachelor of Business Administration BBA with a concentration in one of the following (Master of Administration is strongly preferred)
• Human Resource
• Organization Behaviour.
• Management and leadership
• Labour relations
• Industrial relations.
• Excellent computer skill with working knowledge and proficient in HRIS systems, MS office programs including Word, Exel, Powerpoint, Access, and photoshop.
• Proficient in English communication (Speaking/listening/writing)
