POSITION GOALS:
- To ensure day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties are smoothly and effectively;
- To ensure HR related SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures) and polices are up-to-date and carried out as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage attendance records, tracking annual leave, compensatory leave and unpaid leaves of all staff
- OT tracking to ensure RBA compliance
- Assist Manager in C&B tasks such as Monthly payroll calculation (up to Assistant Manager’s level) and submit to Manager for consolidation and approval
- Payslip preparation and email announcement
- Update SOPs and keep team informed if there is any change in labor law.
- Monthly man-hour report, labor report per local compliance
- Assist team to prepare company’s events and activities
- Other administrative tasks such as room bookings, MOM in staff meeting, backup for mail-room admin…etc.
- Facilitate employees benefit program as required by Direct Manager.
- Coordinate with Corporate office to get Managing Director’s signature and Stamp in need & to provide some necessary information related to employees such as SI & HI registration, Labor registration, etc…
- Register PIT code and Dependents for all employees and contact Tax office for submission in due time.
- Files all compliance reports with the state and federal government.
- Assists with the implementation and tracking of company safety and health programs.
- Any other duties as and when required by the Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in HR or related fields
- At least 3 years of HR experience( C&B), and deeply knowledge of labor law
- Honesty and Integrity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork spirit
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to solve problems
***Note:
- Working time: 07:00 - 16:00, Mon - Fri
- Working Location: Intel VN - Lot I2, D1 Road, Saigon Hi-Tech Park, District 9, HCMC
- The shuttle bus is provided from the center of city
