Full-time working in HCMC
- Producing word processing by formatting, inputting, editing, proof-reading and transmitting text, data and graphics;
- Filing internal documents as assigned by lawyers;
- Personal financial work (e.g. following payment, bill issuance, updating Daily Time Sheet);
- Carrying out administrative works (including paper works and secretarial tasks);
- Arranging travel (e.g. book air tickets, hotels, visa, etc.) and accommodation requirements;
- Scheduling meeting/appointments, organizing conference and meeting room bookings and arranging logistics;
- Answering telephone, screening and directing calls and messages;
- Arranging, preparing documents for management board meetings, office meetings, and to make meeting minutes of the Firm;
- Carrying out monthly/quarterly/annually reports, and other reports delegated by lawyers of the Firm;
- Handling/managing calendars and prioritizing e-mails for lawyers on their behalf;
- Coordinating preparations for internal or external activities with the appropriate vendors and external providers (e.g. hotels, restaurants, etc.);
- Coordinating in transaction dossier preparation; and
- Performing other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by lawyers of the Firm.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Holding BA in English or others
- Being fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Female
- Being proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Being well – organized and careful in working
- Experience is not required
