Key Responsibilities
- Execute of the recruitment process including job posting, screening application forms from candidates (online, walk-in, head hunters, etc…), interviewing, regular communication with candidates and superior/hiring manager for junior-middle positions.
- Search resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified numbers of CVs for recruitment requirements
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and interview candidates for junior-middle positions
- Be in charge of new-hire process (issue offer letter for successful candidate, release internal new employment notice, conduct HR orientation for new-hired, etc…)
- Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites…
- The listing of main responsibilities and main duties are not necessarily exhaustive and may be changed at management discretion to reflect the needs of the corporate.

Qualifications
- University Degree
