- To support BOD with administrative tasks
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including, but not limited to: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Plans, coordinates and ensures the BOD's schedule is followed and respected. Works closely and effectively with the BOD to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the BOD's office and internal departments
- Successfully completes deliveries with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, correspondence, and other types of documents as required. Review all documents submitted to BOD to ensure they are followed the required standards.
- Meeting-related tasks including: assisting in scheduling meetings, attending all required meetings, coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings, advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format, prepare and follow up with meeting minutes.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree, prefer with legal background
- At least 1 year at the same position, prefer in E-commerce/logistics company or more than 1000-employees scale company.
- Competencies Required
- Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information, be adaptable to various competing demands.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Understanding of contract component and have an ability to review documents
- Strong Microsoft office skill, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word. Be familiar with Google suites and online meeting platforms.
