- Recruitment:
Recruit new employees: planning, job posting, search CV, testing, interview, announce interview result, sending offer letter.
Welcome new comer & introduce to everybody.
- C&B: (Major)
1. Managing and checking timesheet:
- Export information from finger printer software
- Checking, collecting and managing data of timesheets to make sure having right data for calculating salary, bonus…
2. PIT & Dependent Registration:
- Register PIT code for employees and their dependent.
- Complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept.
- Perform PIT finalization on yearly basis.
3. Social Insurance:
- Register SI, HI and UI contribution for new employees.
- Make claims for SI benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
- Complete termination process and SI book procedure for leaving staffs.
4. Labor Contract:
- Make Probation Employment Contract and Labor Contract
- Monitoring and management of labor contracts
5. Other HR tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-5 years of experience in HR (prefer in post and telecommunication).
- Knowledge: Knowledge about HR management, Good command of English
- Having working experiences in recruitment.
- Active, positive-thinking and willing to work in challenging environment.
- Excellent CAN DO attitude and communication skills.
- Can communicate well in English (directly with foreigners).
- Having working experiences in Admin is plus.
