Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (HR Executive (C&B))
Mô tả công việc
• Execute and responsible for compensation and benefit for all positions in all Batching Plants and Head Office, including salary calculation, timesheet collection, tracking OT.
• Proceed related resignation procedures including decision, final payment
• Be in charge of employee labor contract management: tracking increase/ decrease labor every month, conduct labor contract, termination decision and other relevant documents
• Be responsible for S.H.U declaration (increase/ decrease) for all employees every month and all related procedures
• Work with Government Social Insurance Department to build up relationship which helps utilizing for company’s sake/
• Manage, update the petrol allowance and mobile phone for employees monthly.
• Other tasks need for C&B part of employees and Retention policy
• Execute internal policies and communicate to employees
• Manage and update employees’ documents
• Make the promotion decision, dispatch, internal announcement, warning letter
• Keep company policy updated current Labor code
• Prepare necessary document when required
Yêu cầu công việc
• University Degree/Bachelor in relative fields (or above)
• At least 2 years experience in HR field (C&B)
• Good knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Good communication, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good in English, both oral and written
• Good Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
