- Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission.
- Develop and analyze plans to materialize strategy.
- Quantify scenarios or alternatives (Costs, revenues, etc...) that inform strategic recommendations.
- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
- Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
- Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy:
+ Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes.
+ Own weekly/monthly reporting to evaluate product performance and identify areas to improve the business.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
- Sales skill: Customer communication skills, customer service, reporting skills, read and analyze government regulations.
- Enthusiastic, responsible for the work assigned and able to work under pressure and intense.
- At least 5 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Results oriented.
- Leadership skills.
