- Develop the sales and marketing MrSpeedy's products to the market.

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc,...

- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.

- Provide competitive insight to the sales and marketing teams.

- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers.

- Develop and maintain an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts.

- Meeting, presenting and delivering information to potential clients.

- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

- Closing sales and working with client through closing process for all sizes of potential clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, eCommerce, business administration or all other related fields.

- Minimum 2 year experience in industrial market with multi-national firm at the same level.

- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.

- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Strong personal resilience, highly motivated and a team player with a strong personal drive.

- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.

- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.

- Can work under pressure.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and and CRM/Pipedrive experience preferred.

- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred.

- New clients.

- Volume growth.
