Mô tả công việc
- Collect documents as required & instructions from attorney/head of department;
- Fill out the forms as required by the profile;
- Guide and provide solutions for customers to provide sufficient documents;
- Explain to the lawyer about immigration records to maximize the client's chances of settlement;
- Taking care of customers, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the company's services;
- Create good relationships and support other departments to complete the work within their capacity;
- Maintain a good relationship with the company's partners/attorneys/service providers;
- Training and supporting Junior Process to complete the job well;
- Conduct research, report on immigration products/documents at the request of superiors;
- Follow up and make necessary announcement regarding the immigration policy changes;
- Complete immigration records of customers in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe quickly, accurately and efficiently, etc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Vietnamese national; female is preferrable;
- Advanced English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or above);
- At least 03 years of working experience in processing, having experience in filling out documents, explaining documents in English, taking care of customers (priority with experience in immigration);
- Graduated with majors related to law, finance, banking, business administration;
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, confident and able to handle situations;
- Know how to manage and optimize the efficiency of assigned work;
- Proficient in office skills (Word, Excel, Google Drive), knowing how to read financial statements;
- Have a basic knowledge of business/investment terms: know the difference between stocks, bonds, stocks fund, investment fund, etc
- General knowledge of international issues such as geography, economics, etc
