***COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handling disputes/legal transactions arising on a daily basis;
• Drafting, evaluating legally for economic contracts/agreements and internal management documents;
• Consulting, coordinating in preparation of legal documents, participating in the settlement/dispute handling of disputes arising between the company and its partners and employees or handling legal issues .
• Consulting and coordinating the implementation of relevant legal procedures (if any).
• Report regularly and directly to the Board of Directors
