Mô tả công việc
- Manage and advise on legal issues related to the organization, management and production operations to protect the legitimate interests of the Company
- Participate in developing the internal management regulations of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of Law
- Verify sales contracts and other important documents to ensure their legality, rationality and ensure maximum benefits for the Company.
- Implement issues related to registration and protection of Company rights to (intellectual property) copyrights, trademarks, logos of the Company. Research on software release licenses related to the Company
- Periodically disseminate policies and regulations to all employees
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University, majoring in Law;
- Understand corporate law and related sub-law documents;
- Understand labor law and related sub-law documents;
- Understand e-commerce laws and related sub-law documents;
- Understand intellectual property law and related sub-law documents;
- English: Proficient in 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Age: 27 ~ 36 years old
- Have critical and logical thinking
- Skilled in presentation and persuasion
* Preferred:
- Understand financial and stock
- Knowledge of IT and specific intellectual property licenses of the international IT industry.
