Customer Service Supervisor

- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear CS mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
- Develop CS procedures, policies and standards.
- Analyze statistics and complete accurate reports.
- Manage team to research and analyze customer pain points on full Pharmacity customer lifecycle and all
- Maintain an orderly workflow accordingly to priorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum Bachelor in business or equivalent degree, ideally master with analytic studies
- Experience in customer research and change management can be advantageous but is not a must
- Previous role in customer relevant area can be advantageous but is not a must
- Excellent managerial, communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
