I – GENERAL FUNCTION:
A Customer Service Executive is responsible for managing incoming calls and providing information regarding requests, concerns, and inquiries about products and services of PCV to satisfy customers.
II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries about products and services
• Be in-charge of hotline in and out of working hours (including holidays) as assigned
• Handle various insurance products as assigned
• Perform customer verifications
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer time frame
• Keep records about customer interactions and transactions
• Maintain customer databases and administrative relations
• Handle other duties as assigned

III – QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduated from University or College
• Experience in insurance industry, customer services is a plus
• Be able to work independently and proactive under the high pressure
• Positive attitude with a "can do" approach
• Remain helpful, tactful and courteous attitude
• Proficiency with MS office, detail-oriented and good in English
• Strong communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills
