Reporting to Branch Director and GAHR Manager in Head Office, the incumbents of this post will assist in variety of HR and general affairs activities to support smooth GAHR operation in branch office.

  • Recruitment and Selection: support wide variety of recruitment and selection activities at branch office (job posting, shortlisting, test and interview...), new staff on-board.
  • Compensation and Benefits: manage compulsory insurance procedures and other benefit programs/ schemes.
  • Learning and Development: support in Learning and Development activities, coordinate training activities, keeping training files and record…
  • Employee Engagement: play a key/ active role in creating and maintaining a highly motivated working environment via various engagement activities (company events and celebration, CSR, HR communications, Newsletter).
  • HR Administration: administer the personnel files, related HR documents and reports.
  • General Affairs: supervise the GA team in related general affair services (reception, office management and logistics, procurement, asset management…).
  • Support Expats to get work permit, residence card...
  • Participate in other HR tasks, projects, initiatives assigned by GAHR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University graduate in relevant disciplines.
  • A minimum 03 years of experience as GAHR generalist in multi-national environment.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate with common Office packages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and team player, ability to multi-tasking and good attention to details
