- Managing all admin and HR activities of the company, taking responsibility for management
- Advising BOD the matters related to admin & HR
- Taking responsibility for planning, building regulations, procedures, processes, policies, plans and etc related to admin & HR to BOD for approval
- Cooperating with the Managers of other departments for handling the matters related to admin & HR
- Cooperating with the functional competent authorities to handle the matters related to admin & HR
- Proposing the organization structure for conformity with the statue of business and operation of the company
- Other tasks as requested by BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
- University or college graduated; preferable good result;
- Good health; No drug related or criminal issues recorded;
Experience:
- Having experience of HR & Admin at least 5 years.
- Having experience of HR & Admin of the same level position or closely related or equivalent to requirement;
- Having experience of making letter for submitting to government, customer, etc.

- Good communication skills
- Good English skills
- Hard working, teamwork, supervising work
- Confidentiality, initiative, reliability.
- Carefulness, honesty, integrity and able to work under high pressure.
