1. Advise Board of Directors in system of organization chart, set up company policy and regulations of HR
2. Update the current Law to Board of Directors and advice on Law Labor and related regulation.
3. Responsible for HR management and other relevent jobs such as: recruitment, regulations, salary, wage, bonus, on leave…
4. Consult, set-up and execute strageties of HR, training course and other program for employee
5. Document record
6. Employee Expense Management
7. Place of work: Tay Ninh province
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Male/ Female at age 30 or elder
2. University graduated major in Bachelor of Law, Human Resources Management, Administration, Labour Cost/ Payroll or Enterprise Administration
3. At least 05 years of working experience in the same position
4. Acknowledge of wage and salary, Social insurance and allowance for employee
5. Have experience in recruitment and training
6. Proactive, careful, skillful of interaction and solving problem
7. Faithful, straightful
8. Multi- tasking, team working
9. Good at English
