Lead attorney providing counsel and strategic guidance on complex issues related to legal matters (business activities and business expansion, patent/trademark registration, new product legal corridor, market access, promotional campaigns, public registration and public listing/IPO)
Providing board of directors and senior executives with legal counsel on corporate governance issues.
Acts as a representative for Gene Solutions on medical law and policy matters, works with the communications team to develop communications strategy that detail the impact of Gene Solutions business activities.
Provide guidance on the proper application and interpretation of laws and regulations as applicable to Gene Solutions’ s business and ensure adequacy of controls to mitigate legal and other risks or concerns that may arise thereto.
Establish and maintain effective legal processes to ensure the timely delivery of all required business documentation and foster the development of appropriate forms of standardized documentation;
Grows and leads the legal team, with a focus on ongoing professional development
