Head of Legal - Real Estate

1/. Advise the Board of Directors on the macroeconomic policies affecting the Company's operations:

• Study the legal documents being drafted or newly promulgated.
• Proposed solutions to the Board of Directors and other units of the Company to ensure the operation in accordance with the law and ensure the interests of the Company.

2/. Legal advice:

• Organizing the updating and co-ordination with the Training Department guiding the new laws related to the Company's activities for the relevant departments and units.
• Organizing and managing the sample contract system of the Company.
• Check the legality of the contract before signing.
• Organizing the verification of legal documents sent to customers, partners, suppliers, ...
• Review the legality of ISO documents before issuing them in the Company.

3. Carrying out the legal procedures related to the Company's business activities:

• Identify legal provisions related to activities to be implemented.
• Guiding and coordinating implementation with the assurance department in accordance with the law.
• Build relationships within and outside the Company to support the work.

4. Settlement of complaints:

• Directly or subordinate employees in court proceedings at the court or arbitration.
