Mô tả công việc

* C&B function (50%)
• Monthly follow up the employees/expat/internships list to make the payroll/finalization timely and accurately.
• Work closely with HRM and Accounting team to prepare and collect payroll data including attendance sheet, overtime records and process payment to employees.
• Be responsible to update with VNCare (health insurance for locals), Henner (insurance for expats), Social Insurance
• Consult staffs how to claim SI or VNCare to maximize their benefits
• Receive and solve all requests, queries about C&B concerns, discuss HRM if requests are out of reach.
• Prepare labor contracts, manage employee list’s information, keep staff info up to date in internal system (upload contract, update info, adjust structure)

* People Management (30%)
• Coordinate, involve in any events organized by HR Department: Training, Outing, Teambuilding, Christmas Party, Year End Party…
• Good connection with Team member and other depts.
• Update HR feature, Labor law, tips about HR fact
• Share teamwork and other projects as assigned

* Reporting and other (20%)
• Attend monthly HR meeting, verbal report about staff concerns (positive, negative feedback, notice to HRM if putting own idea about that situation).
• Do quarterly, half year report about the HR figures to Labor department.
• Do monthly HR report, turn over report base on internal format
• Be responsible to do WP for expats, discuss with HRM for specific cases
• Be a supportive assistant, consult HRM and team about C&B, HR projects, events, be a back - up for HRM when she/he‘s not in her/his desk

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Administration, Tourism or other related fields.
• At least 02-03 years of experience working at the same position.
• Confident in using English, both in written form and verbally, with the daily tasks.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, PIT regulations, statutory insurance laws, and their application at work.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to conduct different tasks at the same time and to be autonomous.
• Modesty, honesty, sharing attitude and dedication are essential qualities for this position
