  • Take charge for all recruitment activities from coordinating with Department Head to understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of positions to be filled to implement the recruiting process. .
  • Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner.
  • Elaborate payroll and review payroll reports to guarantee accuracy in the data and on time payment to employees.
  • Apply personnel actions for employees (position change, new hires, resignations, promotions, salary changes, bonuses, among others) to guarantee payment in a timely manner.
  • Keep control of employee benefits according to the defined company policies (health insurance, phone allowance, uniforms, lunch, transportation- when applicable, among others) to ensure compliance.
  • Provide consultancies to company’s current compensation and benefit program to enhance the package’s competitiveness.
  • Dig into the business case to help the management team in implementing necessary actions, propose and design suitable employee’s benefit frameworks to attract and retain employees.
  • Involve in solutions and project to better engage employees in the organization.
  • Act as a consultant and driver in leading company and social activities (year end party, company trip, etc. ) to promote company culture.
  • Propose suitable training courses to ensure and enhance the inspiration and incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Participate in marketing activities of introducing and inspiring people.
  • Act as the contact point in the front office to welcome guest in alignment with Company Security Policy.
  • Take charge for whole procurement process in ensuring appropriate products and services for office, prepare and review purchasing contracts.
  • Be responsible for providing information and supervising outsourcing suppliers (office leasing, office sanitation, drinks, ...).
  • Purchase the office supplies to guarantee the material resources for the operation
  • Make report of working time – report of holidays and asset management.
  • Lead the logistic arrangement for meeting, visit and other company events.
  • Register parking card for newcomers and make report regarding parking fee.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferred in Business English.
  • Experiences: 3- 5 years relevant experience in HR Admin or Administration.
  • Understanding of Labor Law and relevant regulation
  • Able to adapt to changes, and develop solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking
  • Computer Literacy i.e. MS Office.
  • Time management & Decisions making skills.
  • Well-organized.
  • Service mindset.
