I. Human resources Management – all outlets
- Manage staff recruitment
- Manage labor contracts for staff
- Manage job description of all departments/managers
- Manage inside-outside training for staff (if having)
- Manage and carry out staff uniform/ company event uniform
- Listen and understand staff: solving staff problem reasonably with convincible and effective way: handle internal conflict, complain or dispute incurred in compliance with labor law
- Manage staff salary/ social insurance/ health insurance/ medical insurance / benefit/ welfare/ rewards: ensure the provision of an efficient and timely personnel and payroll administration services, in compliance with the labour laws/contracts and any collective agreements.
- Maintain relationships and share experiences with other functions of the company to achieve compatibility in organisation design and effective interface with other functions.
- Oversee selection of key staff, succession planning and management development of executive as well as non-executives, optimizing on opportunities to upgrade continuously talent, coaching and advising local managers to maximize employee performance and potential.
- Together with the respective staff /line managers, determine the organisation structures, roles, critical success factors and goals for each line/staff functions.
- Together with the respective staff /line managers, define the organizational development of the company and the skills needed to reach the business targets
- Advise, influence and support managers in the definition of the optimal qualitative and quantitative staffing in the short and long term, in order to contribute to the company business objectives.
- Promote any initiatives which enhance the company productivity such as for example “continuous improvement” process and “speed & simplicity” culture in every activity of the organization.
- Advise, influence and support managers in the effective use of the labour laws/contracts and the collective agreements
- Deal with employees individual issues on exception basis as their direct managers are their primary interface.
- Ensure attraction of outstanding people capable of making significant contributions to the company’s success, taking into account the future needs of the company, in line with HR guidelines.
- Implement and monitor healthy & safety plans to prevent employees from injuries and protect health in line with legal requirements and good practice.
- Conduct annual salary survey for building company competitive salary structure for annual salary review.
- Conduct and manage KPI of all departments/ line managers
- Conduct exit interview
- Prepare annual HR budget & monitored expenses within the approved budget
- Managing in applying/ renewing exit-entry visa/ working permit/ residence permit …for expatriates
- Identify, negotiate and control the quality of relevant consultants (head-hunters, training consultants, market data providers,…)
II. Administrative and Legal Tasks
- Manage company investment licensing (new apply/ renew/ adjustment…)
- Manage office facilities (new purchase/repair/ maintenance/ upgrade …)
- Manage and direct deal with local authorities in all legal procedures of company
- Company legal procedures (new apply/ renew/ adjustment contracts…)
- Conduct & manage company events/ yearly outing trip for staff
- Manage and arrange house/car/ legal procedures …for expatriates
- Maintain good relationships with local authorities and employee committee
- Manage company insurance (people/ properties/ cars…)
- Manage purchasing department by controlling cost (purchasing/ petrol for cars/ taxi/ others…)
- Consult for tenant’s licenses
- Direct deal with landlord in daily operations/ events …
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years at the same position in international company
- Proficiency in English & Vietnamese
- Preferred candidates with Law degree graduation
- Strong skills of communication & problem solving
- This position is open to the locals only
