HR tasks:
- Managing leave (annual-leave, compensatory leave, paid and unpaid leave, summer holiday etc.)
- Personnel documents: issuing, managing, renewing Assignment Letter, Appointment Decision, Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Labor Contract, Part-time Contract, Service Contract, Addendum, Decision of Business Trip, Decision of Salary Increasing, Decision of Resignation, etc.
- Guiding company regulations for new employee: Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement
- Recruiting: carrying out recuitment procedure, interviewing, preparing procedure and devices for newcomer following recruitment flow

Admin tasks:
- Reception: receiving guests and customers; serving water, tea, coffee for guests; managing stock for making order; receiving call and transfer to the concerning person; receiving and sending postal mails and parcels
- Making air-tiket booking, hotel booking, rentcar vehicle dispatching
- Applying immigration, visa, temporary residence card, work permit for expats
- Handle company’s credit card for expats
- Documentary tasks: arranging, managing and renewing Company Profiles, Business Porfolio, Lease Contracts, Service-Counsulting Contracts
- Assets management: making and updating company's assets list every year; managing facilities's information; making list of assets and managing by seals; managing office keys, magnetic cards, taxi-cards, taxi-tickets, etc.
- Managing stationery and pantry items
- Making Purchasing request and Payment request every month

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduated
- Age around 25~38
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Language: English and Vietnamese
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, colleague and contacts in a team environment
- Strong personal organization and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to work independence as well as in team
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
