Mô tả công việc
- Handle the procedure of employee’s exit (check the resignation letter/ termination of employment form, delete exit employee in HR systems, make final clearance and complete documents (hard and soft copy) for final payroll…).
- Calculate the personal income tax (PIT).
- Handle the updating of employee’s application for leave, shorten working hours.
- Collect the employee’s sick leave with Social insurance allowance documents and submit.
- Maintain employee’s attendance records/ downtime and overtime.
- Complete the daily payroll feed processing/ run the incentive bonus calculation.
- Handle the daily being late report.
- Handle the filing of employee’s profile & related documents.
- Provide employees with consultancy service on HR regulations.
- Explain, execute, supervise, and gather feedback about the company’s rules and regulation.
- Support HR & Admin activities.
- Other duties assigned by immediately Superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- College or above specializing in HR management or relative management.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
Knowledge of:
- HR/ C&B policies and procedures.
- Labor law and local regulation.
- Basic HR administrative work.
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer skills, especially excel function.
- Detailed, thorough, transparent.
- Good patience and carefulness.
- Work well in a team-based environment.
- Can work under high pressure.
- Communication & report skills in English.

- Salary: Negotiation.
