HR & Admin Supervisor

- Taking responsibility HR and administration task including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance review, Training & Development.
- Screening qualified candidates and makes appointments for the interview and test.
- Prepares offer letter and letter of employment for the selected candidate to sign before starting employment.
- To prepare and do general calculation of Social and Medical Insurance, submit monthly reports to Social Agent. Issuance of social book and medical card.
- Ensure liabilities of the company towards employees( Social Insurance, health insurance, Labor Contract, work permit)
- In charge of monthly payroll calculation: check monthly timesheet, prepare monthly Payroll Summary.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- In charge of company’s event organization (Company Trip , Year End Party, Company parties)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1 or 2-year experience in a similar position.
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- English: Good communication skills.
- Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility.
