A. JD of HRM: Full Time
Company policy and strategy
1. Set company human resources management policy and strategy
2. Plan and supervise employee recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation, and human resource development.
3. Coordinate with other functions to communicate and implement human resource operation programs and policies.
4. Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.
5. May execute and monitor activities on annual health checks, company outing, year-end party, and environmental affairs.
6. Oversees the full scope of human resources.
7. Directs staff in the areas of organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/ training/ development, and policy/ procedure development.
9. Provides management support to the union or activities director as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
1. Develop policy and system on compensation and benefits administration.
2. Conduct job evaluation and compensation surveys to ensure competitiveness.
3. Monitor and supervise administrative works on salary and benefits.
4. Provide advice and recommendation to line managers on compensation and benefits policy and procedures.
Recruitment
1.Set an annual manpower plan to meet requirements and ensure company objectives.
2. Implement and monitor recruitment activities.
3. Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with team managers for final selection.
4. Conduct an exit interviews to collect information for HR policy improvement.
· Training & development
1. Develop human resource development policies to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge.
2. Coordinate with other functions in the determination of new competencies needed, both technical and non – technical to improve human resource development programs.
3.May conduct training courses.
. General Affair & Disciplinary
1. Be responsible for staffs and ex-pats in living & working conditions: visa, work permit, resident cards,.etc
2. Be responsible for docs preparation internal /external audit
3. Strictly follow up and proceed all payroll and benefits for workers at customer’s company
4. Handling disciplinary and company labor violation
ADM responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
· Allocate responsibilities and office space, office moving
· Assess staff performance
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
· Purchase new material as needed
· Identify process bottlenecks
· Offer solutions for improvement
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
· Oversee facilities services and maintenance
· Organize and supervise other office activities
· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in human resources management and personnel affairs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
