I - OPERATIONS ADMIN TASKS:
1. Airport Pass application: and compulsory paperwork getting entry permission/approval to work/ visit/ survey at international airports in South for employee and visitors

2. In charge of official letter/correspondence to partners: be a main contact to receive, process and follow up the official documents based on department's request sending out to partners:

3. Retail support:
- Sales supplies order: tasting glass, foam wrap, blotter, tissue…
- Handle Buy-out process: tasting, testers, destruction Buy-out, sales supply expenses...as requested by GM/AGM
- Parking fee: handle all tasks related to parking: prepare and payment; issue document to request parking card for new hire/ re-order card
- Proceed incentive/ spiff payment to partners by monthly, quarterly

4. Office administration support:
- Drinking water, stationery, office refreshment, and other equipments ordering for office
- Handle all incoming & outcoming correspondance
- Handle the administrative expenses (keep track, claim and report) by monthly: office rental, cleaning service, drinking water, telephone/internet fee, courier service, taxi…
- Handle taxi card: keep and order for new/re-new
- Business Travel (International and Domestic) arrangement for all staffs in Vietnam : hotel/airticket booking and payment, transportation arrangement

II - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION:
1. Assist HR Department in organizing company events, meetings, training events, employee rewards and charity.
2. Handle all incoming & outcoming correspondence
3. Support staff on insurance/ healthcare program: AON claim, documents related to sick leave, USL, AL, application forms…
4. Handle Birthday List, send Congratulation email to All Users at the beginning of each month
5. Provide all arrangements for new hires: workstation setup, DFS card, business card, uniform for retails

Yêu cầu công việc

- College or bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills in order to liaise, collaborate and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders. English is an advantage.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,..)
- Trusted, confidential, high level of integrity, responsible
- Well-organized, strong attention to details and able to work under high pressure
