HR Tasks (60%): Be in charge of all HR tasks, including:
• Recruitment: Screening CVs, Sending out forms, Scheduling interviews, Communicate with candidates pre & post interviews, Sending Job Offer/Rejection letters, Onboarding new staff.
• Company and HR policies revision.
• Guidance of company regulations for new employees: Labor Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement
• Personnel documents: issuing, managing, renewing Assignment Letter, Appointment Decision, Offer Letter, Probation Contract, Labor Contract, Independent Agent Contract, Internship Contract, Service Contract, Appendix, Decision of Salary Increasing, Decision of Resignation, etc.
• Liaising with PIT vendors & tax authorities to issue social insurance books, register for family deduction.
• Managing and issuing medical and health insurance cards.
• Employees’ Benefits, training.
• Visa and work permit application support for expats.
Admin Tasks (40%): Be responsible for all administrative tasks to ensure effective working environment, including:
• Controlling Service contracts with vendors.
• Control of Office equipment, Office supplies and stationery.
• Preparing, organizing and storing documents in paper and digital form.
• Implementing and executing the company rules & regulations to all employees.
• Liaising with governmental authorities to solve all matters related to the office.
• Ensuring the office remains in a tidy and orderly manner.
• Supporting other departments’ activities as required.
Other tasks assigned by the Operations Assistant or Operations Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Strong English in all skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Great attention to details.
• Ability to successfully work in a team and autonomously.
• Competence at Microsoft Office & Google Suites.
